Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Dhun.io to take other people's work, to impersonate people, or to break the service for everyone else.

Only upload audio you own, have licensed, or are otherwise entitled to use. Separating stems from a commercial record does not give you rights to those stems.

Do not use the service to strip protection from, or circumvent restrictions on, copyrighted material.

Do not create audio that imitates a real, identifiable person's voice without their permission. This includes vocal cloning and synthesis intended to pass as someone else.

Several US states now recognise a right of publicity in voice specifically, and platforms remove this material regardless. It is also simply not something we want the product used for.

Do not create or upload material that sexualises minors, incites violence, harasses a specific person, or is unlawful where you are.

Do not use the community features to spam, to sell things unrelated to music, or to abuse other users.

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, share one account among many people, or automate access in a way that degrades the service for others.

Do not probe, scan or attempt to breach our systems. If you find a security problem, tell us at legal@dhun.io — we would much rather hear from you than read about it.

Do not resell access to the producer, or use it as an undisclosed backend for another product.

Depending on what it is, we may remove content, limit an account, or terminate it. For anything unlawful we may be obliged to involve the authorities.

We will normally tell you what we found and give you a chance to respond. We will not, where doing so would be unlawful or would put someone at risk.
