Terms of Service

dhun is an AI music production tool. You can upload audio or have audio generated, and ask an AI producer to work on it — splitting stems, tuning vocals, removing noise, mixing and mastering.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops.

You must be at least 13, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

The free tier includes a fixed number of song generations, stem splits and masters. It does not expire. Tuning, noise removal, mixing, EQ, analysis and rendering are unlimited on the free tier.

A subscription unlocks the metered features. It renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.

On the web, billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

In the iOS and Android apps, billing is handled by Apple or Google at their in-app price, and the subscription is managed and cancelled in your App Store or Play account. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to what you create with dhun. We claim no ownership.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your audio in order to provide the service.

You must have the rights to any audio you upload. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.

Do not use dhun to infringe copyright, to imitate a real person’s voice or likeness without their permission, or for anything unlawful.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or access other people’s data.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
