Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel, what happens when you do, and when we refund.

Last updated September 3, 2026

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not end your access immediately. You keep everything you are paying for until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan.

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed, and this matters because we cannot cancel a subscription bought through an app store on your behalf.

Where to cancel

Subscribed on the web: open your Account page and cancel there. It takes effect at the end of the current period.

Subscribed in the iOS app: Apple holds the subscription. Cancel in Settings on your device — your name, then Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you, and neither can Apple Support cancel it from our side.

Subscribed in the Android app: Google Play holds the subscription. Cancel in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.

Refunds on web subscriptions

If you subscribed on the web and something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, the service did not work, you meant to cancel and did not — write to support@dhun.io and tell us what happened. We would rather refund you than argue about it.

We will refund a payment in full within 14 days of the charge if you have made no substantial use of the plan in that period. Beyond that we look at it case by case, and we will tell you plainly what we decide and why.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank it can take five to ten business days to appear.

Refunds on app store purchases

We cannot refund a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play, because we never receive the payment — the store does, and it pays us later, minus its commission.

For iOS, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, use the Play Store order history or Google Play support. Both have their own refund windows and criteria, which are theirs to set.

If a store declines a refund you think you deserve, tell us anyway at support@dhun.io. We cannot overturn their decision, but there are usually other things we can do — extending your plan, or crediting an account.

The free plan exists so you do not have to gamble

The free plan is quantity-limited rather than time-limited: one song, three stem splits, one master, twenty producer replies and fifteen audio-processing runs. There is no clock on it.

That is deliberate. You can find out whether the product does what you need before paying anything, which is a better arrangement for both of us than a refund conversation.

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and it will only apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then and pay nothing more.

Welcome back

Pick up where your producer left off.
